You need a valid Passport or National ID card (we take a photo only, never keep the original). For 110cc+ bikes, you also need a valid motorcycle license with an IDP (International Driving Permit) under the 1968 Vienna Convention. For 50cc and electric scooters, no license is required.
To be fully legal, you must have your original driver's license from your home country AND a valid IDP under the 1968 Vienna Convention. Note: IDPs issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention are not technically valid in Vietnam — check before you travel.
Every rental includes two quality helmets, rain ponchos, a bike lock, and 24/7 WhatsApp support. Free hotel/airport delivery is included for rentals of 3+ days. Gasoline and parking fees are not included.

We do not require a large cash deposit. We take a photo of your ID for our records. This keeps things simple and stress-free — your documents stay with you.
